Six people were killed and four injured after an explosion at the Bluesky Chemical Co. in China's Hubei Province Monday.

The explosion occurred at about 5:30 p.m. at the plant that manufactures silicone products and other raw chemical materials. 

Rescuers continued to search for missing workers and an investigation into the cause of the blast was underway.
