Oscillating Product Distributors

Machine and Process Design’s oscillating product distributors offer a simple clean substitution for dirty problematic hydraulic distributors using cam-operated gearbox. This self-contained solution allows you to feed a bulk solid material from a single in-feed point and discharge product evenly without the need for a secondary operation. This can achieve a uniform layer of up to 90 in. in width across the in-feed of process machines such as apron ovens, dryers, and coolers. The product is mechanically conveyed on a dynamically balanced natural frequency vibratory conveyor designed to minimize power consumption and maximize productivity. The conveyors have been designed to be used in sanitary applications.
