Gravimetric Enrober Distribution Feeders

GF Series feeders gravimetrically distribute additives to enrobing drums or belt conveyors. Gravimetric control of expensive additives provides a consistent feed and conservation. An extra long discharge tube is capable of working with even the largest of enrobing drums. Micro adjust shutter controls flow through two different zones. Relieved end provides over feed safety. A non-proprietary Hardy scale and controller makes integration simple. The entire unit comes apart without tools for easy cleaning. Options include agitator and extra clean out inspection doors. Several sizes are available. Units are suitable for food, USDA-3A dairy, functional foods, and chemical processes.
