Thayer Scale’s patented loss-in-weight cable scale with vibratory feeder and “FMSS” cable scale technology is designed to assure uniform, non-pulsing accurate feeding of a wide range of free-flowing to friable to cohesive materials.

The advantage to using vibrating tray feeders is their ability to operate over a very wide feed range (typically 50:1 or greater) and provide uniform flow rate with most materials.

Combined with a loss-in-weight instrumentation package and software designed specifically for use with vibratory feeders, feed accuracy of ¼ to 1/2% are achievable.
