Bulk Bag/Tote Conditioner and Batch Weigh Feeder Systems

These all-in-one product conditioner systems can handle a variety of compacted bulk products provided in either bulk bags or totes. Troublesome products are conditioned into a manageable flowing state with discharge assist mechanisms that are designed for fluffing to breaking up product. The system can be configured for continuous feed by incorporating a discharge auger or for batch loads using load cells to discharge a set amount of product out at a desired specific weight. Both configurations can also be paired with a Z-shaped belt conveyor for change in elevation requirements. These systems have standard options for control systems such as a UL control panel, touch screen interface, and Ethernet output for plant integration.
