Agricultural supply chain solutions company Scoular recently appointed Noland Morris as its new Director of Environment, Health, and Safety, the firm’s top safety-related role, a recent company release announced.

Morris started working for Scoular in 2018 as Senior Safety Manager for its Food Division. He will report to Scoular Senior Vice President Bryan Wurscher in the new position.

“Over the last three years, Noland has helped to materially transform safety performance by developing effective policies and procedures as well as instilling a collaborative and employee-led safety culture,” stated Wurscher in the release. “He is passionate about safety and the right leader as Scoular takes its company-wide safety performance and culture to the next level.”

The safety leader also worked for more than three decades at Viterra, where he served for 10 years as a grain elevator manager before receiving a promotion to regional sales manager, which Morris remained in for a decade. For the 15 years at the end of his tenure at Viterra, he was the firm’s Regional Safety Manager.
