Soybean products manufacturer Quality Roasting is considering an expansion of its processing plant in Guilford Township, MI to add new equipment and a bin capable of holding 8,000 bushels, according to a recent report in the Huron Daily Tribune.

The company will start to improve the facility’s production and storage capabilities this June, the company’s CEO, Scott Rebe, told the newspaper.

Quality Roasting opened the facility in 2020, the Tribune said. The site has a current processing capacity of about 70,000 bu/day.

The company produces soybean oil and meal products for cattle feed applications.
