Pure Treats Pet Food Acquires Freeze-Dried Pet Food Manufacturer

Pure Treats Inc., a Montreal, Quebec, CAN pet food manufacturer, and its leading brands of dog and cat treats, food, and toppers has agreed to acquire Bar W Foods & Eighteen Below Partners LLC and their industry-leading human-grade meat processing and freeze-drying facility in Fort Worth, TX.

18 Below is a second-generation private USDA Inspected kitchen, which has made quality ground beef and hamburger patties for restaurants and grocery stores for the past 65 years.

Wehba will be staying on to head the operations in Fort Worth, as will his management team.
