PetDine will add capacity for cold extrusion soft chew products at its Windsor, CO manufacturing site.

Private label pet supplements and treats supplier PetDine plans to invest $25 million in an expansion project at its Windsor, CO manufacturing plant, the company announced in a recent release. The effort aims to triple the site’s current capacity for cold extrusion soft chew products.

“PetDine’s tagline is simply ‘Made Better,’ whether that is functional liquid pet food toppers, soft chews, or pet supplement powders,” Jay Sokolowski, senior operations manager for PetDine, said in a statement. “Everything we do is for the health and benefit of pets and making it possible for our clients to provide the best products for those pets. It is exciting to be a part of a company that is rapidly growing and expanding to continually be at the forefront of the pet food industry.”

Product formulations are made at the Windsor site from over 300 ingredients based on client specifications using a water- and heat-free production process that eliminates the risk of mold.

The company also operates another production facility in Harvard, IL.
