Candy manufacturer Mars Wrigley Confectionery US LLC announced a voluntary recall of several types of gummies sold under the Skittles, Starburst, and Life Savers brands for the possible presence of a very thin strand of metal embedded in the products or loose in the package.
The impacted goods were produced by a third party and distributed in the US, Canada, and Mexico. In the US, the recall includes a number of lots of Skittles gummies, Starburst gummies, and Life Savers gummies.
