Crews were sent to the JBS meat packing plant in Green Bay, WI Tuesday night after a fire ignited at the facility. Upon arrival, firefighters saw flames on the roof and smoke in a rendering area, Green Bay Metro Fire Department said in a Facebook post.

“The fire was brought under control in less than 15 minutes,” Green Bay Metro Fire wrote. “Crews fought the fire on the roof and near an auger that was thought to be the fire’s origination.”

All employees evacuated the facility before fire personnel were on scene. The facility was turned over to the company around 8 p.m.

Officials told news broadcaster WBAY that damages were estimated at about $30,000.
