Food and beverage giant Kraft Heinz recently appointed Diana Frost as the new Chief Growth Officer for Kraft Heinz Canada, the company announced Monday. Frost most recently served as Head of Portfolio Transformation at Mars Wrigley US.

“We are delighted to welcome Diana to our team,” Bruno Keller, president of Kraft Heinz Canada, said in a release. “She brings an impressive record of transforming brand portfolios as we focus on growing our beloved brands and moving into new spaces in order to spark happiness at every Canadian table.”

Frost has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and growth leadership. While at Mars Wrigley, Frost led a redesign of the portfolio based on a value creation strategy that is being adopted by the company as a global blueprint for the business. Prior to that role, Frost worked as Head of Marketing for Mars Wrigley Canada, where her team led the development of the 2025 strategy, pipeline, and brand communication for its leading brands.

In 2016, Frost won the Global Make the Difference Award for her team’s efforts to turn around a segment of the pet nutrition business. She also worked in marketing at PepsiCo.
