A new website from process equipment manufacturer Automated Flexible Conveyor showcases the company's line of flexible screw conveyors, weighing systems, bulk bag handling stations, and auxiliary equipment.

Featuring in-action video, engineering drawings, and new photography from the company's on-site test laboratory, the website highlights the Spiralfeeder screw conveyor, specified for fast, efficient transfer of challenging and free-flowing materials, and the batch-weigh system, which automatically transfers, weighs, and dispenses precise amounts of powders and other bulk materials into hoppers, tanks, mixers, vessels, and containers.

Redeveloped as an educational resource to help process engineers specify the ideal conveying system for each application, the new website provides a comparison of flexible screw conveyors, pneumatic conveyors, and tubular cable conveyors that highlights the advantages and disadvantages of each approach for transferring different bulk materials in a variety of conditions. The website also provides flexible screw conveying case studies for global organizations including Novartis and Kennedy Space Center, and lists an array of materials tested and successfully transferred using the company's powder processing equipment.
