This gravimetric enrobing feeder provides a high ratio of base and additives at your enrobing process. Feeding additives by weight provide excellent control of the dispensing of these high-value ingredients. When electronically coupled with a mass flow spray bar, product quality is improved by applying the exact ratio where it counts: at the enrobing process. The feeder is mounted on a scale that is balanced with extended waterfall discharge. The waterfall is adjustable outside of the enrobing drum. The feeder is also tool-free take-apart for easier cleaning.
