Food_Equipment_Brochure.jpg

This new brochure describes and illustrates the broad range of equipment Eriez offers for the food processing industry to protect product purity and improve material handling efficiency—from the moment ingredients enter the plant to the time the end product ships from the dock.

The easy-to-navigate design of the “Food Equipment” brochure enables customers to quickly identify the appropriate equipment to meet their unique needs and requirements. Products are separated into three sections: magnetic separation, metal detection and vibratory feeders, conveyors and screeners. Each product section includes an overview of the full line as well as photos and details for each individual piece of equipment featured.

In the magnetic separators category, the brochure covers grates, grates in housing, liquid line traps, plates, humps, RF cartridges, drums in housing, high intensity magnetic filters and suspended magnets.
the metal detection equipment section showcases the new, Xtreme metal detector and Xtreme metal detector/conveyor system, FF5 metal separator, vertical metal detector, liquid line system and PolyMag X-ray and metal detectable additives.

Feeders, conveyors, and screeners highlighted in the literature include compact vibratory feeders, high-speed vibratory feeders, high-deflection vibratory feeders, tuned two-mass electromagnetic and mechanical conveyors, horizontal motion conveyors, volumatic feeder machines, and bin vibrators.

The six-page brochure also features customer testimonials and offers complete overviews of the company’s variety of economical stock product/quick-ship programs, product testing facilities, and the Eriez 5-Star Service Center. Additionally, it spotlights the Eriez “Double Team” approach of pairing high-power magnetic separators with state-of-the-art metal detectors to achieve maximum purity.
