An oxygen tank exploded at the Intertek USA chemical plant in Essingtona, PA early Thursday morning, causing a fire in a nearby building, according to a news report.

The explosion caused a fire to break out, which eventually spread to a building nearby. 

According to reports, there were no injuries fire crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire.

Intertek's website says the company serves the chemical industry with a diverse range of services, from chemical testing and consultancy to inspection.
