Grain Elevator Explodes in Ohio

A grain elevator exploded a little before noon on Friday at Bunge North America, a global agribusiness and food ingredient company in Evandale, OH. No injuries have been reported, although several doors and windows were blown out by the force of the explosion.

The building was evacuated - as was the surrounding area - due to the risk of secondary explosions. More than 100 firefighters from the area battled the blaze.

An investigation is ongoing.
