BS&B Enhances Rupture Disk Devices

BS&B Safety Systems LLC and its Custom Engineered Products Div. announce new product innovations to its Sta-Kul lineup of rupture disk devices. These innovations have resulted from investments in manufacturing of custom assembly products that permanently combine a rupture disk with a holder device to provide high performance. Improvements include laser marking for all product tagging and identification, the latest ASME stamp identification, and a new repeatable staking method in compliance with the most recent codes and standards.
      
The BS&B Sta-Kul type integral assemblies are supplied as ‘ready to use’ in a wide range of applications that include pressurized bottles, gas cylinders, hydraulic accumulators, compressed air or liquid systems, high-pressure washers, autoclaves, laboratory pressure equipment, aerospace ground support equipment, or cryogenic systems. The leak-tight capability of the Sta-Kul makes it desirable with applications requiring a one-time use relief device. When the disk activates, the complete unit is replaced.
