Gain-in-Weight Batching System
For use in batch applications involving up to eight materials and 100 recipe lines, the KGIW gain-in-weight batching system can produce batch sizes from 5 to 800 kg. The weigh hopper volume can range from 80 to 750 liters. Each material is sequentially and independently metered to the weighed collection hopper from which the completed batch is discharged. Any of the company’s volumetric feeders—single and twin screw, Bulk Solids Pump (BSP) Feeder or PID device—can be used, depending on material handling characteristics.

Solids Reduction Pumping System
The Chopper Hopper solids reduction pumping system provides fast, simple and effective handling of waste by-products, reducing whole produce—papayas, pineapples, pumpkins, corn or any other fruits or vegetables—into an easy-to-handle puree or mash. It maximizes processing and requires minimal maintenance. Benefits include high flow rates; fast process times; pumping and grinding operation in a single, compact package; multiple cutter designs; easy disassembly; and a rugged progressing cavity pump with a proprietary gear joint design. Carbon or stainless-steel construction is available.

De-Duster
The compact XP Series DeDuster is available in various sizes for discharge capacities from 1,000 to 30,000 lb/hr. It separates particles as small as one micron, as well as long streamers or paper contaminants. The system is ideal for all kinds of granular products that need to be cleaned before packaging, shipping or processing. Benefits include 50 percent height reduction, 100 percent increase of the cleaning area, reduced air consumption and a newly designed venturi zone that increases the venturi effect
and reduces the carryover to an absolute minimum.

Vibrating Conveyor
The Model IBVC36HD22 vibrating conveyor is designed to level and uniformly distribute “green magnetite briquettes” across a rotary-hearth reducing furnace at a 24-MTPH capacity. To produce uniform distribution across its width, this conveyor includes a leveling cone and adjustable distribution lanes. A curved, water-cooled slot spreads briquettes across a 13-ft-wide circular rotary hearth. To simplify installation and eliminate the possibility of transferring vibrations into the furnace structure, the dynamically counterbalanced and isolated conveyor is suspended over the furnace from an independent frame.
