Wireless Baghouse Control System
The B-PAC G3 series baghouse diagnostic control system provides wireless communications through Modbus or Ethernet networking options. They can communicate with up to 32 B-PAC dust collector control systems with one base radio. Base radios connect to the company’s FilterWare HMI/SCADA/EPA compliance software and enable obtaining a wealth of process control, maintenance, and EPA MACT compliance information without installing costly network cabling. The Model ME 1600 SL mixer extruder features stainless-steel construction, with heating jacket, vacuum cover, and 300-gal capacity. The unit is designed to intensively knead, mix, and disperse powders with liquids to manufacture high-viscosity products. The products are then extruded via the specially designed extrusion screw through a “spaghetti” die, and into a vacuum chamber for further processing. Heavy-duty AFW bench scales are designed to accommodate rough handling of bulky items. The indicator rotates 135° for viewing from all angles, and the large, 1-in.-high backlit LCD display can be easily read from a distance or in difficult lighting conditions. Thermal Transfer Labeling System

Counter-Rotating Sweep Agitator
The Tri-Mix Turbo-Shear agitator combines scrape-surface with high-shear. The counter-rotating, scrape-surface agitator can be designed for up to 2 million CPS products, while the Turbo-Shear head has been modified to accept several disperser designs for 10,000 CPS products alone and up to 50,000 CPS products with the aid of the counter-rotating agitator. This agitator, combined with the vessel’s vacuum and pressure rating, gives the unit versatility through using shear technology to dissolve powders, blend miscible and non-miscible solutions, and disperse pigments.

Bin Discharge System
The Airsweep bin discharge system is designed to provide on-demand flow of even the toughest materials. Each powerful pulse directs high-pressure and high-volume compressed air or gas between the material and the vessel wall to sweep product off the walls and into the flow stream. The patented nozzle design ensures an immediate reseal after each pulse, preventing clogging or material feedback. The average system uses less than 10 scfm of plant air. Duct Air-Flow Measuring Probes
The Series DAFM duct air-flow measuring probes accurately measure air flow in ducts. They use evenly distributed total and static pressure measuring points to deliver an accurate measurement of flows in a duct. Stainless-Steel Air Knife
The Type 316 stainless-steel super air knife offers a way to create an air barrier, blowoff, clean, and dry in highly corrosive environments. The high-volume, high-velocity airstream is ideal for blocking harmful vapors and fumes on plating operations, blowing corrosive chemicals off parts, drying pharmaceutical products, and cooling hot materials. It ejects a small amount of compressed air through a thin slotted nozzle. This uniform sheet of high-velocity air immediately pulls in surrounding room air and amplifies it at a ratio of 40:1. Air consumption is one-third that of typical blowoffs, and the noise level is extremely quiet at 69 dBa. It can withstand temperatures up to 800°F and has no moving parts to wear out. Compressed air inlets are located on each end and the bottom for easy hookup.

Wear Protection Systems
Abresist introduces two Keraflex wear protection systems, consisting of Alresist high-alumina ceramics or Kalmetall-W hard overlay welding plates vulcanized to a steel base. These systems are well suited where high abrasion and impact occur in combination. Maximum operating temperature is 176°F. Keraflex reduces noise and is well suited for use in transfer chutes in belt conveyor systems and impact zones in bunkers and silos. These systems are produced in standard panels, up to 20 sq in, with welded studs or countersunk bolting attachments. Keraflex-KRM consists of Alresist high-alumina ceramics with a tile thickness of ½ or 1 in. The thickness of the rubber is determined by the severity of the impact. It consists of Kalmetall-W hard overlay welded plates, rubber, and steel. Keraflex-KR, with 1/8 - to ½-in.-thick Alresist tile and a rubber backing only, provides for a flexible lining that is glued in place.

High-Speed Load Cell Interface Card
The LCIC-WIM is an intelligent load cell interface with USB/RS-232/RS-485 interfaces and a high speed of up to 52,000 samples per second. Open-Mouth Bag Filler
