Self-Contained Vibrating Bin

This self-contained vibrating bin is ideal for customers handling multiple products in situations where cleanliness and cross-contamination are concerns. Vibrating the entire vessel eliminates the downtime and labor associated with the removal, cleaning, and replacement of the flexible connector typically located between conventional stationary bins and vibrating bin dischargers. Features include stainless steel product contact construction with 2B interior surfaces. Welds are ground flush and polished to a 32 microinch (Ra Scale) finish. Two CIP spray nozzles in the crown of the vibrating bin simplify cleaning. Quick-opening manways with conical collars allow operators easy access to bin interior for cleaning and inspection.
