New Combustible Dust Standard Compliance ServicesNew Combustible Dust Standard Compliance Services
August 12, 2015

Chilworth services ensure that companies have made all necessary changes to their processes, training, and equipment to be compliant with NFPA 652, which addresses the requirements for managing the fire and explosion hazards of combustible dusts regardless of industry.
A key requirement of the new standard will be that covered sites complete a “Dust Hazard Assessment (DHA)” targeting exposable dust issues. The standard specifies that these assessments be performed or led by qualified personnel with experience in DHAs. Chilworth has been performing DHAs for almost 30 years.
Chilworth services address all parts of NFPA 652 that apply retroactively to existing facilities including MOC, housekeeping, training, and documentation requirements.
