Semi-Dense Phase Blender-Conveyor
Stationary and portable CB Series Blender-Conveyors combine bulk carrier unloading, transfer and blending capabilities in one vacuum-pressure unit. They are sized for 5 TPH to 20-plus TPH and can handle powdered, granular or pelletized abrasive materials that are friable. Equipped with automated controls and load cells, they blend products from multiple sources and convey them to one or more destinations using a single 15-psig positive-displacement blower. Proprietary semi-dense design results in low line velocities and high material-to-air ratios that reduce wear and product degradation.

Fluidized Zone Mixer
The Bella Fluidized Zone Mixer achieves fast, high-capacity, low shear, precision mixing of either dry bulk solids or liquids with solids. Regardless of particle size, shape or density, materials are mixed with a fast, efficient and gentle action, with typical mixing times of 60 seconds or less. A weightless zone created by low-speed counter rotating shafts generates low friction without shear. This makes it ideal for fragile products that cannot tolerate rough handling. Sanitary Rotary Batch Mixer
The Model 700-TH-50-SS, 50-cu-ft Sanitary Rotary Batch Mixer gently blends batches of ingredients in parts as small as one per million with 100 percent uniformity in less than three minutes, evacuates 100 percent of the batch and can be sanitized rapidly with no tools. Pin Mill for Mixing and Blending
The Simpactor Pin Mill is designed to use varying degrees of impact and agitation to process materials. From high-impact grinding at tip speeds of 45,000 ft/min to controlled slower RPM mixing and blending, it is easy to operate, safe and simple to adapt for applications. Pneumatic Blenders
Pneumatic blending is one of the quickest, cleanest and most efficient methods of obtaining homogenous batches of powdered, granular or abrasive materials in transporters, atmospheric bins and storage silos. Model 244 and Model 277 pneumatic blenders are equipped with six or 12 wear-resistant aerators mounted around a housing cone. When the aeration valves are pulsed, gentle blasts of compressed air are injected into the batch at various angles, gently and continuously lifting the materials upward and outward until the blending target is achieved. Built with few moving parts, the pneumatic blenders have long service lives and require minimal maintenance.

Gravimetric Blender
The SGBD150 is the smallest member of the SGBD gravimetric blender series and offers a stainless steel material supply hopper with machined access door and an integrated stainless steel mixer bowl. A removable weigh hopper provides quick color changes and supply hopper drain tubes with slide gate allow for easy cleanout. A safety-interlocked access system shuts off air and electricity if mixer door is opened, and an adjustable slide gate stroke limiter is provided for accurate metering of minor ingredients. A Mitsubishi PLC-based blender controller is standard for state-of-the-art process control on all SGBD blenders.

Shaft Seals for Vertical Shaft Vacuum Mixers
The MECO OFS (outside face seal) is a patented single-face seal for use on top-entry vacuum mixers. It can handle both axial shaft motion and 6mm or more of shaft run-out, allowing it to contain a high degree of vacuum, as well as process vapors. It functions in high-temperature processes, though it uses no purge or flush system, and is available fully split for quick installation and rebuilds, without removal of bearing or drive. Effective vacuum containment reduces process time and saves energy. Seals are custom-engineered to suit individual applications.

Gravimetric Batch Blenders
ProRate Gravimetric Blender accurately and continuously meters raw materials from one to eight ingredient feeders into a central station hopper. Its design allows for varying capacities of 20 to 30,000 lbs/hour per blender. It is available in 2.5KG, 5KG and 12KG sizes handling 300 to over 5,000 lbs/hour, depending on the accuracy setting. Each ingredient is dispensed sequentially into a common weighing hopper in the desired proportion. The weighed materials are then released into a separate mixing chamber, providing the most consistent blend of any batch-type blender.
