The Model LWF-MC-V cable scale loss-in-weight vibratory feeder includes a Spiralator vertical lift hopper agitator. The LWF-SC-V loss-in-weight feeder is designed to assure uniform, non-pulsating, accurate feeding of a wide range of materials, from free flowing to friable to cohesive. Features include: feed rate up to 40 cu ft/hr at a material bulk density of 50 lb/cu ft; electromagnetic drive; -4 (104 mm) wide tray, 115 VAC, up to 40 cu ft/hr; -5 (127mm) wide tray, 115 VAC, up to 60 cu ft/hr; FMSS cable scale system (dead load is mass-counterbalanced) and Model LC-137 weight resolver; scale capacity (live load) up to 500 lb; hopper capacity of 2 cu ft (larger sizes available); accuracy of 0.25% to 1% of set rate ±2 sigma based on 30 one-minute samples or 1.0% of weigh hopper storage capacity, whichever is greater. When fitted with Thayer's (optional) patented Spiralator vertical lift agitator, the LWF-SC-V creates a patented feeder system that assures conditioned and uniform flow of caking and cohesive powders, as well as interlocking particles and delicate flakes.
