Jet Mill
The Open Manifold Design (OMD) Micronizer offers a solution to herbicide, pesticide, and insecticide manufacturers that require flexibility for the size reduction of multiple products. Integrator for Belt Scales and Weigh Feeders
The BW500 is a full-feature integrator for use with both belt scales and weigh feeders. It operates with any belt scale with up to four strain-gauge load cells. It processes belt load and speed signals for accurate flow rate and totalized weight of bulk solids. It can take on lower-level control functions traditionally handled by other devices and supports popular industrial communication buses. Its patented load-cell balance function eliminates matching of load cells. The PID function may be used for rate control on shearing weigh feeders—where belt loading is constant—but can also control prefeeding devices. Two-Bearing Centrifugal Screener
The medium-capacity model MO Centri-Sifter centrifugal screener features a canti­levered shaft with two externally mounted bearings between the screening chamber and motor drive, allowing all internals to slide freely from the shaft end for cleaning, screen changes, or inspection. Wide spacing between the bearings, a large-diameter shaft, and a flexible shaft coupling combine to prevent vibration, even at high speeds under heavy, imbalanced loads. Pneumatic Screw Pump
This pneumatic screw pump is a heavy-duty dry material injection pump designed to feed dry pulverized material into a pneumatic conveying line. It can handle highly abrasive, friable, or very fine powders that wear out other dilute-phase feeders. Unlike rotary airlocks that require tight clearances to seal against conveying air, the pump uses the materials to form the seal. An integrated gate prevents blowback, and the pump can handle temperatures up to 450°F.
