Cone Table and Hang Weighing Systems

Spiroflow recently purchased the assets of Control and Metering, and continues to offer all Control and Metering products. The Cone Table Elite (CTE) bulk bag filler features a cone table densification system. The cone table provides maximum product densification that ensures bag stability. It also means you can put more material into your current bulk bag or use a smaller bulk bag for a given weight. The CTE hang weighing systems uses load cells arranged at the top of the filler. This means that the weighing system sees a dead load equal to a fraction of the weight of a ‘gross weigh’ bagger. This ensures weighing accuracies. Weighing repeatability is ensured as CTE’s weigh frame connects with the load cells via a floating ball and cup system.
