Positive Displacement Vacuum System

The Hi-Vac 200 Series vacuum system moves dry or wet material using a powerful positive displacement-type vacuum system producing 18 in. Hg vacuum. Material is separated from the air stream with a patented three-stage filtration system, primary centrifugal separator, and secondary linear separator, which causes material to drop out of the air stream into the end dump hopper. To protect the atmosphere and vacuum producer, the air stream passes through 12 self-cleaning envelope-style filter bags with low air-to-cloth ratio for long filter life. For quiet operation an exhaust air silencer is provided. The 200 Series unit is equipped with an easy-to-use PLC controller for operation and monitoring the unit’s performance to protect critical components. The system protection package includes a broken bag detector, low blower oil shutdown, and high-temperature safety shutdown. The unit is designed for easy maintenance and is built to withstand the most abrasive and harshest industrial environments.
