Nordfab Now Offering Slotted Hoods

Nordfab now offers standard sizes of a slotted hood designed using slotted hood principles developed by American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).

Slotted hoods offer cost-effective source capture as well as uniformity of capture along the hood’s face. They are equipped with Quick-Fit ends for easy connection to other Quick-Fit ducting used in dust collection systems.

Quick-Fit clamp-together ducting allows fast installation without special tools, rivets, screws, or welding. The QF rolled edge on ducting components is quickly connected with the Quick-Fit clamp, cutting installation and downtime by more than 45%.
