Imperial Industries Names New General Manager

Storage solutions and handling equipment firm Imperial Industries Inc. recently promoted Tom Nomady to General Manager, the company announced Monday.
Nomady has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and product development, and additional training in welding and painting. Before joining Imperial, he worked for a worldwide food company, specializing in custom machine design and facilities planning, and a large sanitary stainless company as a sales engineer for custom-designed and fabricated food processing equipment. He has been with Imperial Industries since 1993.
The Rothschild, WI-based company also announced the promotion of Kevin Steinke to Operations Manager.
Steinke attended Bowling Green State University where he played football. Steinke’s leadership evolved into an enthusiastic entrepreneur, project manager and sales professional, with a diverse expertise in expanding revenue, opening new markets, setting up operations and negotiating multiple details to ensure projects run profitable and efficiently.
Before joining Imperial, he supervised a turnkey construction company of small cellular 4G installation sites in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky where he collaborated with city, county, state, and Federal authorities obtaining construction permits and lease agreements. He has been with Imperial Industries since January 2018.
