High-Efficiency Baghouse Saves Energy 8218

A new cleaning nozzle provides an improvement in cleaning technology that achieves high performance even at lower compressed air levels. These levels can be as low as 80 psig.

In addition, the baghouse design removes flow-restricting venturis, thus reducing the filtered air velocity and saving 2 in. WC on fan requirements.

SDC designs and builds its own baghouses. All manufacturing is done in-house, providing control over all aspects of the design and manufacturing process. Retrofits to existing baghouses can also be accomplished by replacing the blow pipes in existing baghouses.
