DustHog Plug-n-Play Cartridge Dust Collector Launched

Clarcor Industrial Air launches the DustHog Plug-n-Play (PNP) cartridge dust collector. This new addition to the DustHog portfolio provides a convenient, clean air solution for numerous manufacturing processes, including welding, robotic weld cells, plasma and laser cutting, stone, bulk powders, and more.  

The PNP delivers a complete combination of high performance dust and fume collection in a convenient package that reduces installation and service time while saving energy and operational costs.

“Customers are genuinely excited about the latest technology we have incorporated into the PNP. The touchscreen controller that simplifies operation and maintenance plus the auto flow option, which measures airflow and automatically adjusts the fan speed to maintain a specified target airflow as the process or filter pressure drop changes,” said Mark Gerken, vice president engineering, Clarcor Industrial Air.

The PNP is powered with the new efficient (MERV 15) ProTura DH nanofiber filter media and capable of capturing respirable, submicron particulate. ProTura DH filters feature surface loading technology that reduces compressed air consumption during filter cleaning therefore extending filter life.
