Meyer Appoints Two New Manufacturers Rep Groups

Wm. W. Meyer & Sons announces the addition of two new representatives.

The newly merged Tennant SPECS, which combines two of the oldest sales engineering firms in the business, will represent Meyer in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Tennant SPECS has a combined 143-year company history, making it an ideal partner to further support Meyer’s customers in this region.

ARMAC Inc., established in 1974, has a culture that is aligned with Meyer’s commitment to strong customer support and problem-solving expertise. Bob Macdonald, ARMAC’s president and GM, and Tom Murray, VP, will enhance Meyer’s efforts in the New England region.

Principals from each firm attended an intensive product and application training program at Meyer’s engineering and manufacturing headquarters in Libertyville, IL. In addition to gaining a thorough understanding of Meyer products, current NFPA regulations and how they apply to rotary airlock valves were reinforced.

Libertyville, IL-based Meyer Industrial Solutions Div. produces premier system components for dry bulk material processing equipment, pneumatic conveying, and dust collectors. Precision engineered and manufactured in America, Meyer offers rotary valves, sanitary airlock feeders, flap gates, knife gates, screw pumps, gravity diverters, and more.
