After 35 years of successfully operating Kernic Systems Inc., the founding owners have sold the business to Jason & Claire Hineman.
Jason will lead the business as president, and brings with him an extensive engineering background working for major global companies in mining, manufacturing, and industrial automation. “We are looking forward to this new challenge and want to ensure that Kernic customers receive the very best in technology, design, and service available,” said Jason.
In addition to his technical skills, Jason also brings expertise in project management and service support. Claire Hineman will lead the company’s marketing efforts. With more than 24 years of experience at Kernic, partner John Jurk, will continue to lead North America system sales.
