Cone Screw Dryers

Bolz-Summix cone screw dryers are designed for processing all types of materials and are available in two agitator design versions of central shaft or orbiting arm. Typical duties are drying under vacuum, mixing, liquid or gas injection into the batch, and can be carried out with absolute precision. Cone screw dryers can dry down to the lowest levels of moisture content and gently handle the product to avoid damage to the most sensitive materials, delivering high mixing accuracy without segregation during discharge. They require the least amount of energy consumption to operate. It is also possible to perform multiple automated processing tasks simultaneously in a single piece of equipment in a fully safe and enclosed environment. Units also feature heated mixing screw and CIP, SIP systems.
