Applied Chemical Technology Inc. will be offering a fluid bed seminar on August 12-13, 2014.
“Fluidization Principles Learned through Hands-on Participation” will provide a general overview of agglomerating, coating, and drying in a fluid bed. This seminar will present the principles of fluidization, air flow, pressure drop, entrainment, dust collection, spray rates, and nozzle configurations. Each principle will be discussed in theory and demonstrated in ACT's laboratory. During demonstrations, participants will obtain hands-on experience with ACT's 100N, 300N, and PG-100 fluid beds.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded for attendance. Space is quite limited.
