Micro Powders Names New Personal Care Sales Manager, Americas

Micro Powders Inc. (MPI) has named Warren Holland-Recine as the new sales manager of The Americas of the Personal Care Division.

Holland-Recine brings a wealth of practical sales and formulation experience to this role. He worked in sales for Thor Specialties, a specialty chemical manufacturer, and on the bench at Unilever as the leader of technical projects for hair care and antiperspirant/deodorant. Holland-Recine also is a Unilever R&D Academy graduate.

He holds a Master of Science degree in molecular and cell biology and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.

The Tarrrytown, NY, company started out in 1970 as a micronized wax powder supplier to the printing inks and coatings industry. Today, MCI's portfolio of novel additive powders gives formulators the tools they need to enhance performance in paints, coatings, inks, personal care products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and agrochemicals.
