PepsiCo has named Rachel Ferdinando, former president of PepsiCo Foods Canada, to CEO of PepsiCo US Foods, which had more than $21 billion in net revenue in 2023.

In the CEO role, she will oversee a portfolio including Lay's, Tostitos, Doritos, and Quaker Foods. PepsiCo US Foods includes 60,000 associates and 500 locations across the US.

Ferdinando has been with PepsiCo since 2017, and has held several senior leadership roles. As president of PepsiCo Foods Canada, she led Frito-Lay Canada and the Quaker Canada business. Prior to her role in Canada, Ferdinando served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Frito-Lay North America.

Before joining PepsiCo, Ferdinando was the vice president & sector leader for Family CareĀ at Kimberly-Clark and held several roles at GSK and SmithKline Beecham.

Ferdinando brings more than two decades of experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry. And in 2021, Ferdinando was named One of the World's Most Influential CMOs by Forbe's.
