Manufacturer of conveyor belts and filtration equipment Cambridge Engineered Solutions opened a conveyor belt and component service center in ‘s-Gravensande, Netherlands to serve food processing and industrial manufacturing companies in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions, the company announced in a Dec. 13 press release.
“This is a great opportunity for our overseas customers in food and manufacturing who now have the option of receiving an immediate response from a member of the EMEA service center team,” said Mike Truitt, international sales director for Cambridge, in a statement. “We look forward to continued partnerships in the region and the opportunity to serve our customers with the same quality and technical assistance they have enjoyed for decades from abroad.”
Companies in the three regions can engage with Cambridge’s sales and support teams at the center, in addition to a full product portfolio of power transmission products, including metal and plastic belts, bearings, gears, and other components.
The company said the center will assist Cambridge in improving delivery times for products made at the Dutch site.
The site of the new center is also the European headquarters of Rexnord FlatTop Conveyor Chains and Components, Cambridge’s parent company.
“By adding the business support of Rexnord – a global leader in power transmission – Cambridge customers will enjoy one-stop assistance for their conveyor needs,” said Truitt.
