Universal Acoustic & Emission Technologies’ board of directors approved the election of Dick Strojinc to the office of president and chief operations officer.

Strojinc was previously executive vice president and COO. He will continue to be responsible for daily operations, growth of company revenues and profitability, and strategic operations. He will also support long-range planning efforts.
