VIBCO Vibrators offers the new Stick-It line of vibrators for industrial and construction use. Stick-It vibrators use a venturi air mount system that creates positive suction with a steady air supply or an optional Air-Saver accessory. The vibrator mounts solve the problem of how to use vibrators in areas where bolting, welding, and other invasive mounting styles are impractical or impossible, like tote bins, test installation areas, temporary material flow problem spots, hopper clean outs, construction chutes, and readymix truck chutes. Concrete contractors will have access to an efficient and effective external vibration solution for a variety of concrete forming systems, such as those made from cardboard, Styrofoam, or polyethylene that can not support traditional bracketry. Stick-It vibrator mounts require 80 psi and draw just 8 CFM. The vibrator is independently powered from the mounting system, so the Stick It line includes pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and DC-powered units for maximum flexibility. It comes in three sizes to accommodate more than 40 different VIBCO vibrator models.
