Rachid Kaina has joined Tuthill Vacuum & Blower Systems as vice president of visionary courage. In this role, Kaina will oversee business development including all marketing and new product development efforts.
Kaina comes to Tuthill from Danfoss LLC in Arkadelphia, AR, where he worked as global platform director since 2011. His career also encompasses marketing and engineering roles at DunAn Microstaq, American Standard, and Emerson Electric.

Kaina holds a MBA from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, a Ph.D. in Engineering (Acoustics and Vibration) from Florida Atlantic University, an M.S. in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris, Paris, France, and a B.S. in Advanced Mathematics and Physics from Lycee Georges Clemenceau, Nantes, France.
