Pharma Technology Inc. (PTI), a specialty manufacturer of tablet dedusters and capsule polishers combined with metal detectors and loading systems for pharmaceutical solid dose production, is opening its first-ever U.S. headquarters in Piscataway, NJ.
The office gives the Belgium-based company a direct presence in North America, one from which it can service all new and existing customers in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico with spare parts and equipment maintenance programs. It also will serve as the point of purchase for the FlexiTab single station R&D tablet press from Germany-based manufacturer Roeltgen. Pharma Technology Inc. is the exclusive distributor of the FlexiTab for North America and the sole approved service partner for all existing and new FlexiTab presses.
Since its founding in 1991, Pharma Technology has been developing complete handling solutions for tablets and capsules tailored to specific niche requirements. Its new U.S. branch allows Pharma Technology to expand its customer base and strengthen its level of service capabilities in North America.
Pharma Technology Inc. is in the process of growing a New Jersey-based inventory of spare parts for all its equipment range, including the FlexiTab. It will strive to stock all critical parts for immediate delivery to its North American customer base.
