"This agreement represents the first step in developing a long-term relationship with CT Pack's Vortex Systems division," said Michael A. Senske, president & CEO for Pearson Packaging Systems. "This relationship brings us one step closer to being able to offer our customers a single-source solution for their end-of-line needs. Customers will benefit from improved response times and reduced costs by taking advantage of our presence in North America. Our extensive Regional Service and Aftermarket Parts organizations can seamlessly support the installation of this equipment along with Pearson's case erecting, case packing, case sealing, and palletizing technology."
Stefano Cavallari, CEO for CT Pack said, "CT Pack's alliance with Pearson Packaging Systems represents a fundamental step in its international process. Customers are asking more and more for a single-source supplier and an after-sale distributed organization that is ready to respond in a very short time to any customer request. Pearson is the ideal partner company for us since we share an identical customer approach based on high product quality, have a high level of personalization, and are a very professionally organized after sale organization. Lastly, our companies are perfectly complementary since together we can offer a complete line starting after the primary packaging up to the final palletizing stage."
CT Pack will have engineering resources based out of Pearson's Chicago facility. Additionally, a testing area for CT Pack multi-packing technology will be located in the Spokane, WA facility. This testing space will be used to design and implement multi-packing solutions.
