According to Dave Laing, Mole-Master General Manager, the main goal for the site redesign was to make sure facility managers, supervisors, operations, and purchasing representatives had access to information useable to help them quickly find solutions for their cleaning requirements. "Using our new online questionnaires, visitors can provide us with project details specific to their situation,” says Laing. “In turn, we are able to quickly develop accurate, comprehensive estimates for required services and/or equipment. We can work with prospective customers to map out the most timely, cost-effective recommendation possible to solve their specific problem."
The site also features rapid response telephone contact information that allows visitors to immediately speak with a Mole-Master representative, 24 hours/7 days per week (U.S. only) for situations requiring immediate attention.
