Mark earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in ceramic engineering from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada. Saint-Gobain is a Paris, France-based public, multi-national company that provides a wide range of high performance materials and products to industrial customers worldwide.
“Our Filter Group is a growing international business and Mark’s varied international and U.S. experience serving industrial customers is a great match for our current and future needs,” said Bradley Mautner, MFRI’s COO. “We have been extremely fortunate to have had Gene Ogilvie lead the filtration business unit since MFRI’s purchase of Filter Media in 1982. Under his tenure the Filter Group has grown from one location with $10 million in revenue to an international company with four manufacturing locations and $97 million in sales. As a key part of effective leadership succession, Gene will remain as an executive advisor to Mark and Midwesco Filter Resources. I am confident Mark will aggressively build on the solid work that Gene and the Filter Resources team have accomplished.”
Midwesco Filter Resources Inc. is a world leader in dry filtration and dust collection filters since 1968. The company has developed and maintains one of the largest inventories of dust collector and baghouse bags, cages, accessories, parts, and cartridge elements in the industry.
