Schroeder has been an integral part of the strategic planning and new product development efforts that have led to Intersystems unprecedented growth over the last five years. Schroeder has been with Intersystems since 1995 and held engineering related positions with other manufacturing companies prior to that. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska.
