PCME Ltd., which received the prestigious Queens Award for Innovation last year, is a leader in environmental monitoring, providing instruments to continuously monitor particulate emissions from industrial processes worldwide.
The visit coincided with PCME’s three-day international sales conference where international distribution partners representing over 30 countries worldwide, were given the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness alongside a cross section of PCME employees.
During the visit, His Royal Highness, accompanied by HM Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, toured the company, viewing demonstrations of the latest developments in particulate emission monitoring techniques and unveiled a plaque to commemorate the occasion.
William Averdieck, managing director of PCME Ltd. said, “His Royal Highness The Duke of York was extremely interested in how we are helping industrial plant minimize stack emissions through good quality monitoring. He made some very helpful observations on developing our business overseas and was very inspiring to our distributors and the PCME team. It was a great honor to host the visit.”
