Hi Roller Conveyors, Sioux Falls, South Dakota is a manufacturer of enclosed belt conveyors for the handling of dry, bulk material. Hi Roller conveyors are totally enclosed, self-cleanings, and self-reloading. All conveyors are designed with bearings isolated from the internal atmosphere of the conveyor. Any dust or spilled product is returned to the tail end of the conveyor and automatically reloaded back on to the carrying surface of the belt. The product line includes the Hi Roller, Hi Life, Lo Roller, Mini Roller, Hi Bulk and the Consignor. The company developed the original Hi Roller over 30 years ago and continues to specialize in the design and manufacture of enclosed belt conveyors. The conveyors are also available for reversible operation in which they will reload in either direction. Built-in trippers and two-way discharges are also available.
