Conveyor Components Company is a manufacturer of quality engineered instrumentation and controls, specifically conveyor controls, level controls, motion controls, aerators, and conveyor belt cleaners. We have been supplying the heavy-duty construction and quarry industries as well as the metal mining, coal, cement and other bulk material industries since 1965. Our Conveyor Controls product line includes safety stop switches, pull cords, belt alignment controls, damaged belt detectors or belt rip detectors, bucket elevator alignment controls, bulk material flow controls, and a system status indicator.
Our Motion Control product line includes our contact and non-contact zero speed controls and speed monitors; while our Level Controls include rugged paddle wheel switches, tilt level probes, and bin aeration pads.
Our Conveyor Belt Cleaners include two top-of-the-line rotary brush cleaners to the more prudent single and multi-bladed cleaners. We also manufacture plow style belt cleaners and skirt board clamps.
