Offering spray drying and blending services for the food and chemical industries, American Custom Drying (ACD) has the ability to accommodate large and small campaigns. Two dedicated food/chemical dryers produce 4000 pounds per hour, and a pilot plant is available for R&D, product development, and scale-up. In-house laboratory has the capabilities to formulate or address many processing needs.Blending services include a 200 cubic foot ribbon blender with liquid addition and sieving capabilities down to 200 microns. Packaging options include valve pack bags, open-mouth bags, super sacks and drums. Certified ISO 9001:2000, cGMP, HACCP, AIB, and Kosher.
